I am going to work with a handful of leaders that want to stop leading from survival mode and get to their next level.
Applications are now open for a small group of leaders ready to do the real work.
Here's what we're doing...
Our goal is simple: In 12 weeks, you stop leading from the patterns that formed when life was harder — and start leading from who you actually are.
Less internal resistance. More grounded presence.
Decisions made from clarity - not fear of getting it wrong.
Conversations you've been avoiding, finally had with ease.
Leadership that feels like you - not a performance.
Career growth follows. Not because you push harder - but because you stop working against yourself.
I've spent years working in infrastructure - managing multi-million-dollar projects, then stepping into roles overseeing multi-billion-dollar programs. I know what it's like to hold a title and still feel like you don't belong in the room.
I grew up as an immigrant Latina in poverty, in a home shaped by emotional instability and alcoholism. My parents loved us deeply and sacrificed everything. But I still learned early to survive by staying small, working harder than everyone else, and never assuming I was enough.
Those survival patterns followed me into my career.
Even after becoming the first in my family to go to college, to earn an engineering degree, to get into Berkeley for my master's, to receive multiple job offers — I still believed I was faking it.
At work, it looked like:
Imposter syndrome even with a track record of wins
Shrinking in meetings where I had the most expertise
Overworking to earn a seat I'd already been given
Constant self-doubt, self-monitoring, self-criticism
Managing my image while leading teams - instead of actually leading
No one told me I didn't belong. I told myself that story - over and over again.
I tried what we're told to do. Put my head down. Work harder. Improve my skills. Be more confident. None of it worked. The more I ignored what was happening internally, the more I worked against myself.
Eventually I realized something that changed everything:
My career wasn't stuck because I lacked ability. It was stuck because I was still operating from an identity built in survival.
I spent a year doing something different - not working harder, but working inward. I identified the patterns that kept showing up at work. Traced them back to where they came from. Changed the story I told myself about who I was and what I deserved.
That internal work changed how I showed up - without forcing it.
Within that single year, I moved from deputy project manager to deputy director, from the multi-million dollar projects to the multi-billion-dollar programs. I doubled my already six-figure income - not because I negotiated more aggressively, but because I stopped negotiating from fear. I bought a home in one of the most expensive states in the country.
I made more professional and financial progress in that year than in the previous eight years combined - not because I worked harder, but because I finally stopped working against myself.
The confidence that came from that work wasn't loud or performative. It was quiet. Internal. Stable. That's what I build with every client.
And in 2026, it could be your turn.
This won't work for you if you...
Are early in your career and still building your technical skills.
Want quick tips to "look more confident" in meetings.
Want a course you can consume passively and set aside.
Aren't ready to look honestly at what's driving your patterns.
But if you...
Already hold a leadership title - and feel the gap between your position and your internal presence.
Recognize patterns like imposter syndrome, shrinking, or overworking in yourself.
Have tried "be more confident" advice and found it hollow.
Are ready to stop managing your image and start trusting yourself.
Know you're capable - and want to finally lead like it.
...this could be the year leadership finally feels like yours.
We'll do it across three phases — each one building on the last.
Phase 1: See What's Actually Running the Show
Before we can change anything, we have to name it clearly. In the first sessions, we map your dominant patterns — the specific behaviors that are quietly shaping your leadership right now.
Overexplaining. Shrinking in high-stakes moments. Overworking to earn your place. Avoiding visibility. Holding back your real opinion. We'll identify yours precisely — and you'll start to see them in real time instead of after the fact.
By the end of Phase 1, you'll know exactly what's been driving your behavior — and you'll have your first moment of genuine relief when you realize it was never a character flaw.
Phase 2: Trace It Back. Release the Shame.
Every pattern came from somewhere. In this phase, we go upstream - connecting what shows up in your leadership now to the earlier experiences that created it.
This is where the real shift happens. When you understand that your survival strategies were adaptive - smart, even - the shame dissolves. And when the shame dissolves, the patterns lose their grip.
You'll start responding instead of reacting. You'll notice the trigger before it runs you. You'll have language for what's happening - and choices you didn't have before.
Phase 3: Lead From Here. Not From There.
This phase is about practice and integration. We work through the specific leadership situations where your patterns show up most — high-stakes conversations, visibility moments, feedback, negotiations - and we rehearse new responses in real time.
By the end of Phase 3, you'll have a leadership identity rooted in self-worth, not fear - and it will show.
We do all of this through:
12 weeks of private 1:1 work
12 sessions of 60 minutes, every week - fully personalized to you
Direct WhatsApp access between sessions for real-time pattern recognition and integration
Guided identity-pattern mapping exercises throughout — reflective, grounded, not clinical
Spots are intentionally limited. This is high-touch work and I take on very few clients at a time so I can give each one everything I have.
So if you...
Hold an emerging leader, people manager, project manager, director, senior manager, VP, or equivalent leadership title.
Recognize the patterns - and are ready to look honestly at where they came from.
Have tried surface-level advice and found it doesn't stick.
Want to lead from self-worth, not from fear of getting it wrong.

P.S. If you're on the fence - that hesitation is worth paying attention to. Not because it means this isn't right for you. But because that same hesitation is probably showing up in your leadership too. That's exactly what we work on.
