My identity was very much forged during my survival era, which included never feeling safe at home, hyper vigilance, no self esteem, always feeling less than and not belonging.
That identity turned into behavioral patterns like the inability to state an opinion without apologizing first or constantly going through the motions of being a senior leader while being anxious through every email, meeting, and decision.
Anyways, I figured it out. I worked through the patterns and traced them and completely rewrote my inherited story which got me to double my salary and get those delulu career roles I wanted... all in one year.
